Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 1, 2026
Amzankosoft (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a software house that designs and builds bespoke web-based software. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to amzankosoft.com only.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you use the contact form on this website, we receive what you type into it: your name, your email address and your message. Please do not include sensitive information (such as health or payment details) in your message.
Information collected automatically
- With the contact form: a shortened (masked) version of your IP address, your browser's user-agent string and your language setting. We use these to prevent spam and abuse, including limiting how many messages can be sent in a short period.
- Server logs: like most websites, our servers record basic technical information about each request, such as the IP address, the date and time, the page requested and the browser used. These logs are used to keep the website secure and working.
We do not ask visitors to create an account: public sign-up on this website is closed. Accounts exist only for Amzankosoft staff who manage the site.
2. Cookies and similar technologies
This website uses a small number of cookies and browser storage items that let it work as you expect:
- NEXT_USER_LOCALE remembers your language preference, for up to one year.
- nb_consent_preference remembers the choice you make in the cookie banner.
- A sign-in session is set only when a member of our staff signs in to manage the site.
Today this website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not load scripts or fonts from other companies. Images and files are served from our own domains (amzankosoft.com and media.amzankosoft.com). If we add analytics or similar tools in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
3. How we use your information
- to read and reply to your message and to discuss your project;
- to keep the website secure, prevent spam and fix problems;
- to keep records of our business communications; and
- to meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Sharing your information
We share personal information only when it is needed:
- Service providers that help us run the website and our email, such as hosting and infrastructure providers. They process information on our behalf, only to provide their service.
- Authorities or advisers where the law requires it, or to protect our rights, security or property.
- A successor if our business is reorganised or sold. This policy would continue to apply to your information unless you are told otherwise.
5. Where your information is processed
The website runs on infrastructure that we operate. Depending on where you are, your information may be processed in a different country from the one you live in. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to protect it.
6. How long we keep it
We keep contact messages for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep reasonable business records, and then we delete or anonymise them. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting. We keep information longer only where the law requires it.
7. Security
This website is served over HTTPS, so what you send is encrypted in transit, and access to the tools that manage it is limited to authorised staff and protected by sign-in. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for access to the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to withdraw a consent you gave. To make a request, please use the contact form and tell us what you would like us to do. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we will respond within the time the law requires.
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. The website will still work, but it may not remember your language.
9. Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed.
11. Contact
If you have questions about this policy or about how we handle personal information, please use the contact form on this website.
