These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Amzankosoft website at amzankosoft.com (the “Website”). Amzankosoft (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a software house that designs and builds bespoke web-based software. By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. About the Website

The Website provides information about Amzankosoft and lets you contact us. It does not itself provide software services. Any design, development or related services we agree to provide to you are governed by a separate written agreement between you and us, and nothing on the Website is an offer that you can accept without our confirmation.

2. Using the Website

You agree to use the Website lawfully and not to:

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, our servers or any connected system;
  • introduce malware, or interfere with or disrupt the Website or its security;
  • scrape, overload or send automated requests to the Website in a way that harms its operation;

  • use the contact form to send spam or unsolicited advertising.

3. Intellectual property

The Website's text, graphics, logo, design and other content are owned by Amzankosoft or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the Website and share links to it for personal or internal business purposes, but you may not copy, modify or reuse our content or branding without our written permission.

The Website is built with open-source software. Open-source components remain available under their own licences, and nothing in these Terms limits the rights those licences give you.

When you contact us through the Website, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You keep ownership of what you send us, and you allow us to use it to respond to you and to deal with your enquiry, as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the contact form before we have agreed how to protect it.

The Website may link to websites that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or availability, and a link is not an endorsement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

9. Changes to the Website and these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the Website after an update, you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms, and any dispute about the Website, are governed by the laws that apply where Amzankosoft is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence are not affected.
